Prayantr ⟶ Internship

Every workshop trains the next pair of hands.

A small number of seats a year, remote, three to six months — real production systems, reviewed directly by the founder.

Internship

Every workshop trains the next pair of hands.

Prayantr takes a small number of engineering interns each year. Interested final-year students and fresh graduates are invited to apply.

This is not a fetch-the-coffee internship. Interns work on real production systems, with their code reviewed line by line — directly by the founder, with no layers in between. You'll learn how software is actually built: the architecture decisions, the testing, the deployment, and the discipline that keeps systems alive at scale.

The bar is fundamentals and curiosity, not a perfect résumé. If you can reason about a problem and you've built anything you're proud of, we want to see it.

What you'll learn

  • Ruby on Rails & modern JavaScript — taught the way production teams use them.
  • API & integration engineering — the firm's specialty, from day one.
  • The full lifecycle — version control, code review, testing, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring.
  • How engineers think — scoping, estimating, debugging, and asking the right questions.

Who — final-year students (B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / M.Sc.) and fresh graduates
Where — remote · Duration — three to six months
Intake — a few seats a year, small by design, so every intern gets real attention

Something you're proud of?

Email a short note about yourself and something you've built — a repository link beats a résumé.
