One small build, on the house.
A few times a year, an idea is interesting enough that we'll build it for free — a small proof of concept or an early MVP, done properly. Chosen from many pitches, because a good idea deserves a real chance to exist.
This is separate from commercial work. Paid engagements — fractional leadership, integration builds, audits and diligence, zero-to-one products — are scoped and quoted the normal way, in writing, after a call. The Free Build doesn't substitute for that path; it runs alongside it, a handful of times a year, entirely at Prayantr's discretion.

Send a short note: what it is, who it's for, and why now. A few paragraphs is plenty — clarity beats length.

Review
Every pitch gets read. Selection is entirely at Prayantr's discretion — interesting problems and sharp thinking win, and pitches from operating companies with a real workflow behind them carry extra weight.

If it catches our eye, we'll get back to you and scope a small, free build together — in writing, like any engagement.
