Who we are

This website, prayantr.com, is operated by Prayantr Technologies Private Limited (CIN: U72300UP2013PTC058602), a company registered in India with its registered office at 278, Sector-9, Avas Vikas Colony, Sikandra, Agra — 282007, Uttar Pradesh, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what your rights are.

What we collect, and why

• Contact form — your name, email address, company, what you're looking for, and your message, so we can respond to your inquiry.
• Call bookings — if you book an introductory call, the details you enter on our scheduling page (name, email, and your answers) are processed by Cal.com and a copy is delivered to us, so we can prepare for and hold the call.
• Notify list — if you left your email on our earlier launch page, we hold it to send occasional company announcements.
• Internship applications — anything you choose to send us by email, used only to evaluate your application.
• Technical context — when you submit a form, we record the time, your browser's user-agent string, and your country (derived from your connection), to help us filter abuse.

That's the full list. This site sets no cookies, shows no ads, and we never sell or rent personal data to anyone. Measurement runs in two layers, both cookieless, identifier-free, and incapable of recognizing you across visits or sites: Cloudflare Web Analytics, an aggregate count of page visits, and our own first-party counters for events like button clicks and form starts — which record only the event, the page, and a coarse country/device bucket, never your IP address, full browser signature, or anything you typed. Our contact form is also protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a cookieless bot-check that runs invisibly and doesn't track you — see Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Policy Addendum for how it works.

Where your data lives

Form submissions are stored with Cloudflare (our hosting and storage provider) and a copy is delivered to our mailbox via Resend (email delivery) and Google Workspace (email hosting). Call bookings are processed by Cal.com (scheduling). These providers operate global infrastructure, so your data may be stored or processed outside India. Each processes data only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

Inquiries and applications are kept as long as needed to handle them, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Notify-list emails are kept until you ask to be removed. You can request deletion at any time (see below), and we'll act on it promptly.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance about how it's handled. To exercise any of these, email us — no forms, no hoops.

Children

This website and our services are directed at businesses and adults, not children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date. Material changes affecting data we already hold will be communicated to the affected people directly.
